About the Event

Design the Future: Recalibrate Our Fate

We find ourselves in a suspended moment; between what was known and what is still unknown. The old order is fading, and a new one is emerging. Rather than passively allowing this historic moment to pass us by, we are actively engaging in creating our ideal reality. Driven by this challenge and opportunity, HireWisdom will be hosting a free online event: Design the Future. Our mission is to help co-create a just, prosperous future society that promotes cooperation, equality, and equity for everyone. Are you in?

This event is part of a series of Design The Future events sponsored and hosted by HireWisdom. View the full event recording below.

Recalibrating Our Future Orientation to Act Now

Many of us find ourselves feeling stuck, in overwhelm and anxiety, but there are ways to overcome this. We can attune into our future orientation and address our 'mindtraps'. We are then able to proceed so that we can better enable a way forward for all.

Why Living Through Your Intrinsic Identity Can Positively Impact OUR Future

Einstein said the intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is the faithful servant.  Yet there is an irony in this, because for many years there has been a raging antithesis between philosophy and science where we have forgotten the gift...

The Future of Diversity Programs

How will coming demographic shifts and emerging social science on human relationships change the face of diversity in the work place and what do organizations need to do to be ready? Demographic changes  are inevitable, but how we embrace or resist that change can shape which organizations thrive and which crumble.
